The flue gas temperature, dust concentration and moisture content of the dryer dust collector fluctuate widely, especially the dew point temperature of the flue gas is high. A dryer often dries a variety of materials, the dust properties change frequently, the flue gas is corrosive, coupled with the drying machine when opening and stopping, these all bring great difficulties to the dust removal of the dryer.

Dryer dust collector design principles:

1) According to the site conditions, under the premise of first ensuring the environmental protection indicators, focus on reducing the operation power consumption and reducing the installation cost, so as to achieve the best performance price ratio.

2) According to the conditions of the site area, the arrangement of the dryer dust collector strives to ensure the technological requirements and meet the requirements of the site planning.

3) Ensure that the operation and maintenance of the dust removal system is simple, long-term and reliable, and does not affect the production operation and maintenance of production equipment.

4) The technology adopted is a practical and reliable advanced technology with sufficient theoretical basis and verified by practice.

5) Adopt advanced, reliable, economical, energy saving technology and equipment proven by industrial use, and configure advanced bag dust removal system. The equipment is easy to repair, safe and reliable operation, low failure rate, easy to operate and test.

6) Reasonable wind speed of dust removal pipe network (≥18-20m/s), no ash accumulation, less wear, low resistance, reasonable connection, equipped with dust cleaning device, dust cleaning door, detection port, easy pipe network air volume adjustment and detection. Dryer dust collector management

1. Preparation before operation

(1) Check the tightness of all filter bags in the bag room, and the filter bags must be vertically hung;

(2) Check whether the action of the exhaust valve, ash discharge valve and blowback valve cylinder is flexible, whether the valve action is in place, whether the solenoid valve leakage; Whether the no-load operation of the conveying equipment and induced draft fan is normal;

(3) Check the sealing of the access door;

(4) Check whether the temperature controller line is connected, and check the operation of the control system; Check whether the regulating valve of the main induced draft fan is in the closed state (when the fan starts, its valve must be in the closed position);

2. Startup and operation management

(1) Before the initial start and run, heat up the flue gas to 130-160℃, reduce the amount of material into the bag, so as to dry the bag;

(2) Start the main induced draft fan, gradually open the valve of the induced draft fan, make the flue gas into the dust collector, dry the bag for about 20 minutes, when the chimney of the induced draft fan without any visible water vapor, can be normal production;

(3) In the normal operation process of the dust collector, the inlet temperature of the dust collector and the current of the induced draft fan are recorded, so as to adjust the cleaning and discharging time of the dust collector and make the dust collector in a good working condition;

(4) The filter glass fiber bag can withstand the best temperature is 70-170℃, therefore, in the use of the process to strictly control the temperature; If the temperature reaches 170℃ and still continues to rise, the dust collector operator should be informed immediately to close the air guide of the dust collector, cut off the inlet valve, open the exhaust valve, so that the flue gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere. The dust collector can only start to work when the dryer is in normal operation.
(5) The operator should check frequently, such as found bag drop, cylinder leakage or no action and other faults, to deal with in time;

(6) In operation, the system of discharging ash and cleaning ash should be strictly implemented;

(7) operators should often check the ash system, timely troubleshooting, prevent the ash system blocked, and check the action of each cylinder and valve;

(8) PC management and use to operate and maintain in accordance with the instructions;

(9) If the dust collector runs normally for about half a month, check and adjust the valves to prevent them from being closed loosely or stuck;

(10) When the dust collector is in normal operation, it is necessary to observe the current of the induced draft fan so as to adjust the cleaning and discharging time in time and make the current rise to the normal value. 3. Outage management

(11) When the dust collector needs to stop using due to the fault, it is necessary to raise the fire to make the temperature rise to 130-160℃, dry the bag for about 10 minutes, and then manually clean the dust on the surface of the filter bag for 2-4 times, to ensure that the bag room is clean;

(12) Before the dust collector is shut down, the ash accumulated in the dust hopper should be discharged clean to prevent hardening and block the spiral reamer and ash discharge valve;

(13) After the dust collector is shut down and cooled, it is necessary to take time to maintain, check the bag room and replace the filter bag;

(14) When the dust collector stops running for a long time, the bag room should be opened for airing to ensure the bag room is dry, and the dust should be cleaned and discharged 1-2 times a day;

⑤ If the dust collector only needs to stop running for 2 hours, the induced draft fan can not be turned off, and the regulating valve can only be turned down.
