Sand Making Line Introduction
Sand Washing Plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. Sand Making Process Flow
Large piece of stones sent by vibrating feeder uniformly to the jaw crusher rough break, coarse material sent into the break after fine jaw crusher broken again, broken by the material belt conveyor sent to vibrating screen screening, it would return to the vertical shaft impact crusher crusher to crush within the requirements, if not, sent to the small jaw crusher to break again.
