After the material layer temperature reaches 600 ~ 700 ℃, the operator should make temperature rising steadily as far as possible, lest cause "high temperature coking". When the temperature of material layer reaches 800 ~ 850 ℃, close the furnace door and turn on the coal feeder to send the coal to the furnace for the normal operation. And monitor the combustion until the combustion is stable. Then the ignition is successful.
