Recycling of construction waste, not only has a good environmental benefits, but also contains tremendous economic benefits. Recycled construction waste products, including recycled aggregate, recycled inorganic mixture, recycled brick, recycled concrete, etc., can be widely used in various road projects and municipal services, gardens, river slope protection, squares and other fields.

At present, the most widely used construction rubbish resource utilization mainly consists of two processes-plant crushing regeneration and in-situ regeneration:

Plant broken regeneration technology and equipment:

Plant broken regeneration process, use stationary equipment to dispose construction waste in the factory. This method can be built into a large-scale construction waste treatment production line, and is produced in a closed workshop to completely eliminate all kinds of pollution, which can produce various aggregates and achieve zero discharge. Fixed equipment includes crushing equipment (jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, etc.) and sorting equipment (shaker, vibrating screen, etc.).

Regeneration technology and equipment in place:

In-situ recycling process is use of mobile crushing equipment (tire mobile crushing plant and crawler mobile crushing plant) in the construction waste site for processing. The advantage of this approach is that the various machines can be moved closer to the processing point, reducing transportation costs and avoiding secondary pollution; a variety of mobile equipment can be combined with each other as needed to produce a variety of recycled aggregates.
